Role & responsibilities
- Ensure timely installations, testing and commissioning of equipments at all sites in the region
- Ensure installations are done in the most effective manner while adhering to quality norms and compliances
- Create stringent monitoring system to ensure high level service and maintenance at all sites
- Identify areas of improvements and take immediate action to enhance quality standard of the services provided
- Ensure services are provided as per customer SLAs
- Implement effective preventive maintenance practices and reduce the number of breakdowns
- Train operators and engineers on site maintenance standards’ and educate the team about safety and hygiene norms to be followed at plant site
- Ensure short response time to customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve the same
- Perform root cause analysis of critical technical problems and share with engineering
- Visit various sites on regular basis to ensure smooth operations at every plant




- Monitor and control condition, performance and profitability of equipment’s
- Ensure proper inbound logistics and refurbishment of used equipment’s
- Recruit, retain and develop the regional manpower in line with Perennial values and competencies
- Maintains and manage regional costs within the approved budgets
- Coordinate with the Depot, SCM and operations team for on time set up of plant
- Develop CRM with local regulatory bodies and business associates
- Monitor inventory levels on regular basis and ensure availability of critical spare parts
- Ensure refurbishment (jetting, cleaning and painting) of used equipment’s
- Generate monthly, quarterly MIS and reports of cost of maintenance, inventory management, etc.
- Implement TPM, 5S, kaizen at site to improve quality standards of services provided
