Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role based in Shahkot. The BDM is responsible for generating new business,



managing and expanding the customer base, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets for life insurance products. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting prospective customers, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable ABSLI products. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with individual customers, corporate partners, and distribution channels, as well as supporting training and enablement of intermediaries. The BDM will also track market trends, provide feedback to internal teams, ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
