Team Leader Forex Sales & TripMoney
Role Overview - The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of Forex Sales
Executives, driving revenue growth, ensuring service excellence, and managing day-to-
day operations for Forex and TripMoney products. The role requires strong sales
acumen, people management skills, and the ability to achieve business targets while
maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
Drive sales of Forex products including Currency Notes, Forex Cards, and
International Remittances.
Achieve team revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
Monitor sales funnels and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Ensure eective lead allocation and follow-up mechanisms.
Team Management
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Forex Sales Executives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Develop action plans for low performers and recognize top performers.
Manage roster planning, attendance, and workforce utilization.
Customer Experience




Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Monitor interactions and provide coaching on sales and communication skills.
Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Track key operational metrics including productivity, quality, conversion, and
revenue.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Product,
Compliance, and Finance teams.
Prepare and present performance reports and business insights.
Training & Development
Conduct product and process refreshers.
Support new hire onboarding and certication.
Identify skill gaps and implement coaching plans.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Forex products and sales processes.
Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
