Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide excellent service, achieve sales targets, and maintain the highest standards of product presentation and store operations. Previous experience in jewellery or luxury retail is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, stock verification, and replenishment.
- Follow company policies regarding security, stock handling, and customer service.
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions,



and jewellery trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally.

Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and customer service skills may also apply.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent sales ability.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals is an advantage.
- Confidence in handling customer objections and closing sales.
- Good numerical and billing skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.

- Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
