Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operational activities of the business. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to obtain quotations, rates, and required information
- Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Support the Operations Manager in executing daily operational activities
- Coordinate with outsourced agencies and external partners as required
- Maintain records of vendor communications, quotations, and operational documents
- Track task progress and provide regular updates to the reporting manager
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating deliveries, and managing operational timelines




- Handle operational documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately
- Resolve routine operational issues by coordinating with the relevant departments
- Perform administrative and operational support tasks as assigned by the manager

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
