Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Social Media and Performance Marketing Expert
who can independently manage key B2B client accounts end-to-end.

The person will be responsible for developing monthly digital marketing plans, managing clients’ social media presence, running performance marketing campaigns, coordinating content execution, monitoring campaign performance, and delivering measurable business results.

This is a client-facing role that requires a strong combination of performance marketing expertise, strategic thinking, account management, communication skills, and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities1. Key Account Management
- Manage assigned B2B client accounts end-to-end.
- Understand the client’s business, industry, products, target customers, competitors, and marketing objectives.




- Act as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing and social media activities.
- Conduct regular client meetings, campaign reviews, and monthly performance discussions.
- Build robust client relationships and ensure timely delivery of all agreed marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal content writers, designers, video editors, website teams, and other stakeholders.

2. Social Media Strategy and Management
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars for B2B clients.
- Plan campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify content themes, campaign ideas, lead-generation opportunities, and audience-engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, tone, and visual communication.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on data and audience response.
