Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Online Bidder role based in Noida.



The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar marketplaces, preparing compelling proposals, and submitting bids aligned with the company’s Salesforce and CRM service offerings. The role involves closely analyzing client requirements, coordinating with internal technical and sales teams to define scope and estimates, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to convert leads into projects. The Online Bidder will manage and update bid trackers, maintain accurate records of opportunities and outcomes, and contribute to achieving revenue and conversion targets. Day-to-day tasks also include market research on target geographies and industries, refining bid strategies, and supporting the creation of sales and marketing content as needed.
