Job Title: Technical Associate / Production Operator / Technician

Location: Sector 11, IMT Manesar, Gurugram

Salary:
- 15,000 17,000 (In-Hand)
- Overtime as per company policy

Eligibility
- ITI (All Trades) or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Production, Mechatronics, or related technical fields)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate production and assembly machines.
- Perform assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of products.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Carry out basic machine operation and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain 5S and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Report production issues to the supervisor.
- Support production targets and ensure quality output.




- Work in rotational shifts as required.

Required Skills
- Basic technical knowledge.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Good learning attitude and teamwork.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
