What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs with speed and accuracy.
- Think through every possible user scenario before writing code.
- Build features that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Work closely with product, design,



and customer success teams.
- Improve existing systems through continuous optimization.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Use AI tools to improve development speed, debugging, testing, and code quality.
- Take ownership of features from concept to deployment.

What We're Looking For
- Solid experience with modern web development technologies.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think beyond the requirements and anticipate edge cases.
- Comfortable making technical decisions and taking ownership.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment is a big advantage.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and best coding practices.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar to improve productivity.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
