Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective or existing clients to explain product features, pitch services, and handle incoming customer inquiries.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential sales leads, nurture prospects, and transfer qualified opportunities to the field or sales team.
- Data Maintenance: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the company’s CRM
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for dial volumes, talk time, and lead conversions.
- Relationship Building: Address complaints, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships with customers while adhering to company compliance policies.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
