We are hiring Technical Recruiters with experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing for domestic hiring. Ideal candidates should be well-versed in full-cycle recruitment and able to deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for domestic IT/technical roles
- Source and screen candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines for active and future roles
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and clients
- Comply with client-specific and internal hiring processes
- Share regular updates and reports with the internal team
