About the role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Trainee Analyst to join our Bangalore (JP Nagar) team. This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial operations,



supporting end-to-end loan settlement processes within a structured, high-performance environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- Manage the disbursal and collection of loan documentation with precision
- Review and verify documents in line with banking and compliance standards
- Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate settlement records
- Ensure timely updates across trackers and internal systems
- Adhere to AML, CTF, and internal risk and compliance frameworks
- Deliver within defined SLAs and reporting timelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries effectively

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Robust attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy
