Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement effective MDF (Management Data Framework) models.
- Develop complex business rules using EC's built-in functionality to meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of SAP SuccessFactors EC modules such as End-to-End Implementation.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects.
- Solid understanding of business rules development in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors products.
- Experience with designing and developing MDF models for large-scale implementations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC modules.
