Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the release of sales orders in line with business priorities, inventory availability, and customer requirements.




- Support dispatch planning and execution to ensure timely shipment of materials/products to customers or internal locations.
- Coordinate with planning, logistics, warehouse, production, and customer service teams to resolve order and dispatch-related issues.
- Monitor open orders, pending releases, shipment status, and dispatch schedules to support delivery commitments.
- Help prepare and review operational documentation, including dispatch records, shipping documents, order status reports, and system updates.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for issues related to order release blocks, material availability, shipment delays, and dispatch exceptions.
- Maintain accurate transaction records in ERP or supply chain systems.
- Support data analysis and generate reports related to order backlog, dispatch performance, on-time delivery, and open order status.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve release efficiency, delivery performance, and process accuracy.
