Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Channel Partner Sourcing professional to drive the expansion of our channel partner network. The role primarily involves identifying, onboarding, and training new channel partners to strengthen our market reach and drive property sales through a trusted partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners across assigned geographies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure CPs are well-versed with project details, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure active engagement and productivity.
- Provide ongoing support to CPs, including sales materials, updates on new launches, and resolution of queries.
- Track performance metrics and share regular reports with internal stakeholders.
- Organise CP meets, site visits,



and promotional events in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure partners adhere to ethical sales practices and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5?7 years of experience in channel sales, partner onboarding, or real estate brokerage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the real estate market and CP network in the region.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed.
