About the role

We create digital experiences for clients who value clean, considered design. You will be responsible for motion and animation work across social media, digital campaigns, and branded content. The work here is refined — minimal, purposeful, and typographically strong. If your instinct is to add movement only when it earns its place, you will fit in well.

What you will do
- Design and animate 2D motion graphics for social media, digital ads, and branded video content
- Produce explainer videos, animated ads, title sequences, lower-thirds, and infographic animations
- Work within brand guidelines to create motion assets that feel cohesive and on-brand
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate briefs into visual output
- Edit and handle basic post-production — colour, audio sync, export for multiple platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time without compromising quality
- Bring ideas to the table — we value designers who think, not just execute

What we are looking for

Must-have




- 2+ years of professional motion graphics experience
- Robust proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- A portfolio that demonstrates clean, minimal motion work — not just complex or trendy animation
- Solid understanding of typography, timing, easing, and visual composition
- Experience animating for social media formats (Reels, Stories, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Ability to take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver without heavy hand-holding

Good to have
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or any 3D tool
- Lottie / Bodymovin exports for web animation
- Basic graphic design skills in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Storyboarding and visual storytelling experience
