We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented National Sales & Marketing Head to lead the company's Pan-India sales and marketing operations for automotive rubber oil seals and related sealing solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OEM sales, aftermarket business, distributor management, key account management, and business development within the automotive or auto components industry. The role requires driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships while leading a high-performing national sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Drive Pan-India sales for Automotive OEM, aftermarket, industrial, and export business.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base across India.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers, Zonal Sales Managers,



and the national sales team.
- Develop and manage the distributor and dealer network to improve market penetration.
- Handle key account management, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, annual budgets, and business plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor sales performance, collections, customer satisfaction, and profitability across regions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and R&D; teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, product launches, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
