Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Export & Import to manage end-to-end international logistics operations for both Air and Sea shipments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export/import documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, vendor management, and compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory requirements. The role requires strong coordination with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment execution.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Logistics,



or International Business is preferred.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in Export & Import Operations.
- Hands-on experience in handling both Air and Sea Freight shipments.
- Strong knowledge of Customs procedures, DGFT regulations, FEMA guidelines, and international trade documentation.
- Experience in coordinating with Freight Forwarders, CHAs, Shipping Lines, Airlines, and Overseas Agents.
- Positive understanding of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, FCA, DDP, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in preparing MIS reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
