Right now, that clarity is scattered. You'll own both: revenue education and payout transparency. Your KPI is simple: keep owners. Reduce churn.
What You'll Own
Owner Revenue Communication
- Answer owner questions about revenue, ADR, occupancy, market trends, and property performance
- Explain why their property's performance is what it is (supply, demand, competition, seasonality)
- Proactively educate owners on revenue strategy and what to expect seasonally
- Build owner confidence in our approach
Payout Transparency & Communication
- Know exactly when each owner's payout is coming
- Track payout satisfaction as a leading indicator of churn
Owner Retention
- Your main KPI: churn rate. Own it.
- Identify at-risk owners early. Escalate concerns.
- Solve owner problems or escalate quickly—don't let frustration build
- Build relationships. Owners should feel you're their advocate inside bnbme
Market Intelligence & Owner Education
- Share market trends with owners (demand shifts, competitive landscape, pricing trends)
- Help them understand why their revenue is up or down relative to market
- Quarterly updates on property performance vs. market benchmarks
