Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle for Direct Client and Implementation Partner requirements.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements received from direct clients, implementation partners, and vendor networks.
- Source qualified IT professionals using job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder,



and internal databases.
- Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, project experience, communication, availability, and work authorization.
- Understand client requirements and match candidates with suitable opportunities across various IT technologies.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients while ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation rates with consultants and facilitate successful offer closures.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding interview feedback, offer status, onboarding, and project updates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT consultants for current and future client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.
