About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical E-commerce Manager to lead and grow the online business of Radha by Rapid Rashmi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website, marketplace operations, online sales, digital merchandising, customer experience, and revenue growth. This role requires someone who understands D2C e-commerce, fashion retail, and performance-driven online sales.

Key Responsibilities1. E-commerce Strategy & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.
- Plan product launches, festive collections, and promotional campaigns.

2. Website & Marketplace Management
- Manage the company's e-commerce website and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Oversee product listings, pricing, collections, banners,



and promotions.
- Manage marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other relevant platforms (if applicable).
- Ensure accurate product information, inventory availability, and pricing consistency.

3. Product Catalog Management
- Coordinate product photography, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
- Ensure all saree collections are uploaded accurately with SEO-friendly content.
- Maintain category pages and optimize product visibility.

4. Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for stock availability.
- Monitor stock movement and prevent stock-outs or overselling.
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Work closely with logistics partners to improve delivery timelines.

5. Digital Merchandising
- Optimize product placement based on sales trends and customer behavior.
