Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our growing team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and selling our software development services and technology solutions.

You will work closely with prospects to understand their business challenges, present tailored technical solutions, and close deals. This role requires a blend of sales skills and technical understanding—you don’t need to code,



but you must be comfortable discussing software development, cloud platforms, and digital transformation with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients across industries including startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and referrals.
- Qualify inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

2. Client Engagement & Discovery
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client business goals, pain points, and technical requirements.
- Present Exaltt Core Technologies’ service offerings in a transparent, compelling, and consultative manner.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solution demos.

3. Sales Closure & Account Management
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, and timelines with decision-makers.
