Experience Required:
- ✅ 5–10 Years (Mandatory)
- ✅ Experience in Marketing/Sales/Service/ Manufacturing all Industry is compulsory
- ✅ Candidates who have worked with multiple manufacturing organizations will be preferred.

- Government Compliance & Documentation

Manufacturing, Sales & Service Support




- Support manufacturing operations through effective manpower planning
- Coordinate HR support for Sales & Service teams
- Improve workforce productivity and operational efficiency
- Develop systems and processes to support business expansion

Business Growth & Marketing Strategy
- Align HR strategies with business objectives
- Support business growth initiatives through talent acquisition and organizational development
- Assist leadership with marketing and expansion strategies
- Build a high-performance culture focused on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualification:
- MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM-HR or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Labour Laws, HRMS, and MS Office
- Strategic thinking with a business-oriented approach
