Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Chemical Engineer role based in Raipur. The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing paint and chemical formulations to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day work includes conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing data, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with production teams to scale formulations from lab to plant.



The role also involves monitoring manufacturing processes, troubleshooting quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and product consistency. The Chemical Engineer will work closely with quality assurance, procurement, and sales teams to support product development and customer requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in chemical engineering principles, including reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and process design.
- Hands-on experience with formulation development, preferably in paints, coatings, or related chemical products.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing methods, data analysis, and preparation of technical reports.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control standards within chemical manufacturing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and supply chain.
- Comfort with troubleshoot
