Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for Salesforce-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to Salesforce platform functionality, data migration, and integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., development, product management) to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Document resolutions to knowledge base for future reference.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support for CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Cloud products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Support Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear concise manner.
