Role & responsibilities

1. Contingent Workforce Management: Manage end-to-end processes for contingent staff, such as onboarding, offboarding and maintenance of the Contingent Masterfile.

2. HR Operations Support:



Provide operational support across HR functions, including time and attendance management via systems like UKG Kronos. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system-related issues promptly.

3. Grievance Redressal: Address and resolve women employees' grievances, ensuring timely support and fostering an inclusive workplace environment.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare Initiatives: Contribute to the design, implementation and execution of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, productivity and retention, including creche management and welfare programs.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in MSW.

2. Experience in HR Operations, Statutory compliance and employee welfare, preferably in a manufacturing or large organisational setup.

3. Strong Knowledge of labour laws and statutory regulations.

4. Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
