Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Delegate Executive role based in Udupi. The Delegate Executive will identify and engage potential delegates for sector-specific summits, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels,



and clearly communicate event value propositions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate delegate databases, qualifying leads, scheduling and confirming participation, and providing delegates with timely information and support before and during events. The role also involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align delegate acquisition strategies with summit objectives, gathering feedback from participants, and contributing to continuous improvement of engagement formats. The Delegate Executive is expected to meet participation targets, uphold professional standards in all interactions, and represent Influence Exchange Group’s brand and values in the delegate community.
