Job Title :- Finance Executive (Fresher)

Roles & Responsibility:-

1. Oversee and manage all financial activities to ensure accuracy and
compliance.

2. Draft and prepare invoices, quotations, and other financial

documents with precision.

3. Maintain clear, skilled, and efficient communication with clients

to build strong relationships.

4. Monitor and follow up on client payments to ensure timely collections

5. Utilize and manage tasks effectively using ZOHO Software for

financial and client management.

6. Keep track of all projects in a structured and organized manner to

ensure timely delivery.

Skill Set Required:-

1. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication
abilities.

3. Proficiency in ZOHO Software and other financial tools.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-

functional teams.

5. Ability to perform accurate reconciliation of accounts with
clients.

6. Proficient in MS Excel, Word,



and PowerPoint for effective data,

document,and report management.
