Position description:
Responsible for installation,repairs, maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure within the plant.
Monitor preventivemaintenance breakdown with a strong focus on the continuous improvementof work practices
Develop the skilland knowledge of other maintenance staff
Work with otherdepartments ensuring that the facility complies with relevant legislative ,safety and engineering standards for continued operations
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop maintenance schedules for the facility.
Manage skilling the maintenance team to carry outimportant maintenance of plant and machinery.
Manage financial aspects of the maintenance and foster awork culture of valuing constant improvement and productivity.
Ensuring the facility is a safe working environment byhaving well maintained and safe to use facility and in compliant with OHSstandards. Safety issues if any must be quickly addressed .

Required work experience
1. Maintenance(p reventive predictive) management role in chemical process industry
2. Maintaining,installing and repairing of industrial equipment like p umps, Decanter / Valves / MechanicalSeals / Blowers / Fire System etc.
3. Developingmaintenance schedules and managing within the budgets.
