Cozmo Living is a premium co-living brand offering fully managed accommodations for students and working professionals. We are looking for an Accounts Manager who can take complete ownership of the company's finance, collections, accounting, compliance, and reporting functions.

Role Overview

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing all financial operations across Cozmo Living properties. The role requires solid ownership of rent collections, accounting, vendor payments, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities1. Rent Collection & Revenue Management
- Head collections across all Cozmo Living properties.




- Ensure timely collection of rent, security deposits, food charges, utility charges, and other recoveries.
- Monitor overdue payments and follow up with residents.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to minimize outstanding dues.
- Maintain daily collection reports and ageing reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection summaries for management.
- Reduce bad debts and improve collection efficiency.

2. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Record all receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Maintain ledgers, trial balances, and financial records.
- Ensure all accounting entries are completed accurately and on time.

3. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements.
- Prepare Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
- Generate MIS reports for management.
