Role Description
The Territory Account Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Noida,



responsible for driving adoption and growth of NoBrokerHood within assigned geographic territories. This role involves identifying and prospecting gated communities and housing societies, conducting product demonstrations for decision-makers, and managing end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure. The Territory Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with society management committees, facility managers, and resident representatives, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing proposals and commercial terms, coordinating with operations and support teams for seamless service delivery, and gathering market insights to refine sales strategies. The role also requires regular field visits, attending community meetings, and representing NoBrokerHood at local events and partner engagements.
