We're looking for an experienced Talent Operations & Management Head to help build our people operations from the foundation stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured meetings with shortlisted candidates.
- Lead interview discussions and candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate onboarding for selected members.
- Prepare detailed candidate assessment reports.
- Work closely with department heads to evaluate role fit.
- Support internal communication and people operations.
- Help establish recruitment, onboarding, and management processes.
- Track member performance and recommend promotions or role changes.
- Support retention initiatives and team engagement.
- Act as a bridge between recruitment, department heads, and the Founder.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in HR Operations, People Operations,
Talent Management, or HR Leadership.
- Is confident leading interviews and professional discussions.
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Enjoys building systems and improving processes.
- Can work independently while collaborating with leadership.
