What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer II to spearhead the development of full-stack, cloud-native applications using .NET, React, and Azure. In this role, you will lead an engineering team in designing, building,



and deploying scalable, robust software solutions that power our business systems.
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable software architectures aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Development & Deployment: Drive full-stack development and deployment while maintaining rigorous code quality, performance, and security standards.
- Complex Problem-Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues with timely, effective solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and key stakeholders to define project scope, technical roadmap, timelines, and deliverables.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional software development experience focused heavily on .NET, React, and Azure.
