Designation: ERP Project Coordinator

Preferred Background: ERP Implementation Executive

Experience: 3–6 years

Salary Range: 25000 to 30000

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with the ERP vendor and internal departments.

· Gather business requirements from HR, Accounts, Sales, Operations, CRM, etc.

· Ensure all master data is collected and uploaded correctly.

· Monitor implementation timelines and milestones.

· Schedule meetings and track action items.

· Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Report bugs and follow up until they are resolved.

· Create SOPs and process documentation.

· Train employees on ERP usage.

· Monitor user adoption after implementation.

· Coordinate with management regarding project status.

· Ensure the ERP goes live smoothly.

· Handle post-go-live support and issue tracking.

Required Skills

· ERP implementation experience (at least one ERP such as SAP Business One, Odoo,



Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, or similar).

· Strong project coordination skills.

· Excellent Excel skills.

· Process mapping and documentation.

· Valuable communication and stakeholder management.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Candidates with experience as:

· ERP Functional Consultant

· Business Analyst

· Project Coordinator (ERP)

· Process Excellence Executive

· Operations Excellence Executive

Experience

· 3–6 years of ERP implementation experience is ideal.

· At least one full ERP implementation from requirement gathering through go-live.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
