Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant Life Insurance experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of up to 8 First Line Managers (FLMs)
- Solid knowledge of MIS reporting and MS Excel
- Confident in delivering business targets and earning performance-based incentives
- Passion for building high-performing teams and driving business growth
- Strong determination for career advancement and leadership roles
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and deliver consistent results
