Job Title: Telecaller

Job type: Full time

Salary: 8,000- 15,000/- per month

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and customer-focused telecalling executive to connect with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquires, generataing leads, booking appointments and maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving daily and monthly targets.

Key responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain company services and offers in a professional manner.

Generate and qualify leads.

Schedule appointments for the sales or consultation team.

Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Zoom meetings or video conference with current and existing clients.

Handle inquires and resolve concerns.





Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Graduate or undergraduate (preferred)

0-2 years experience in tele-calling, customer service or sales( freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

Excellent verbal communication skills in english, hindi.

Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-first approach.

Working hours:

9.30am to 7pm

6 days work

Sunday off
