Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update integrated project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) across engineering, procurement, and construction phases
- Track critical path activities, key milestones, and cross-discipline interdependencies
- Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and committed costs; report actuals vs. plan
- Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis — track CPI, SPI, and cost/schedule variances
- Coordinate procurement status tracking, especially long-lead equipment and materials
- Interface procurement timelines with engineering deliverables and construction sequencing
- Support contract administration and compliance (FIDIC, NEC, Lump Sum/EPC contract forms)
- Maintain risk register; identify, assess, and support mitigation of project risks
- Support change order, variation, and claims documentation




- Prepare and issue progress reports (weekly/monthly) for management and client stakeholders
- Maintain document control standards — deliverable registers, transmittals, revision tracking
- Track physical % complete in office against baseline plan
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover documentation
- Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, and QA/QC teams
- Participate in progress review meetings, coordination meetings, and client interface meetings
- Monitor manpower loading, site mobilization, and resource allocation
- Ensure project activities align with HSE and quality standards
