About the Role

DawerOne is hiring a
Senior QA Automation Engineer / QA Automation Lead
for a full-time, long-term role supporting a North American client.

This is a senior,



hands-on position. You will work with and improve an existing Playwright and TypeScript automation framework, begin delivering meaningful automation immediately, and help establish a stronger quality engineering practice across the team.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated tests across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end workflows
- Improve the existing Playwright and TypeScript framework where needed
- Develop reusable fixtures, API clients, authentication utilities, test-data components, and reporting
- Troubleshoot failures across the application, framework, setting, test data, authentication, and CI/CD pipeline
- Integrate automated tests into delivery pipelines and establish practical quality gates
- Determine the right level of coverage across UI, API, integration, and lower testing layers
- Review requirements and identify risks, missing acceptance criteria, dependencies, p
