We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Associate Purchase to support procurement activities at our cement manufacturing facility. The role involves sourcing and procurement of maintenance consumables, industrial spares, laboratory equipment, and various services required for smooth plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, local procurement, rate contract management, and maintaining procurement-related documentation.

Candidates from Kota and nearby regions with hands-on experience in local procurement, vendor development, and supplier management will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities
- Procurement of - Bearings, Lubricants, Welding Electrodes, V-Belts, Laboratory & Environmental Monitoring Equipment, Fire Extinguishers, Furniture & Office Equipment, Stationery, Stores Min-Max Inventory Items, Other operational and maintenance consumables.
- Handling and monitoring of:
- Rate Contracts (RCs)




- Service Orders
- Vehicle Hiring Contracts
- AMC and other service-related procurement activities
- Vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Preparation and maintenance of procurement records and MIS.
- Maintenance of ISO-related documentation and compliance records.
- Ensuring adherence to company procurement policies and audit requirements.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders for timely procurement and service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

As the role involves extensive interaction with local suppliers and vendors, candidates based in Kota or nearby areas of Rajasthan with established knowledge of the local market and procurement ecosystem will be strongly preferred.
