- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Suggest suitable tiles and explain features & pricing
- Prepare quotations and follow up for sales conversion
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain showroom display and cleanliness
- Coordinate with billing and warehouse for orders
- Build customer relationships and handle queries
