Role Description
The Youth Lead is a part-time remote role responsible for engaging young audiences and building awareness of real estate investing through youth-focused initiatives. This role involves designing and coordinating youth programs, workshops, and online sessions that make real estate and financial literacy accessible and engaging.



The Youth Lead will collaborate with internal teams to create age-appropriate content, support youth community outreach, and serve as a point of contact for young participants and youth organizations. Day-to-day tasks include planning program activities, managing communication channels, tracking participation and feedback, and ensuring that youth engagement aligns with The Choosy Investor’s mission and values.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess experience in Youth Leadership and Youth Work, with a track record of engaging and mentoring young people.
- Candidates should have skills related to Youth Programs, including planning, coordination, and evaluation of youth-focused initiatives.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong Communication abilities, including transparent verbal and written communication with diverse youth audiences.
