*About the Role*
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible *for guiding prospective students through the admission process for various Online & Distance Graduation and Post-Graduation programs such as BA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, MBA, MCA, M.Com, MA, and other skilled courses.*
*Key Responsibilities*
✔ Counsel prospective students regarding online degree programs, admissions, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
✔ Handle student inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
✔ Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
✔ Assist students throughout the admission, documentation, and enrollment process.
✔ Provide accurate information about Graduation and Post-Graduation courses offered by LPU Online.
✔ Maintain admission records and achieve enrollment targets.
*Requirements*
✔ Experience: 2–5 years in admissions counseling,
education consulting, tele-counseling, or a related field.
✔ *Qualification:* Graduation or Post-Graduation.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong counseling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
