? Location: Gurgaon (Frequent Travel)

? Experience: 8–12 Years

? Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies across Aerospace, Defence, Industrial OEMs, Rail, Energy, and Engineering sectors

* Generate RFQs, convert enquiries into purchase orders, and achieve revenue targets

* Build relationships with Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Development, Engineering, and Plant leadership

* Acquire current strategic accounts and grow existing customer relationships

* Promote CNC machining, aerospace components, assemblies, prototypes, and build-to-print manufacturing capabilities

* Drive business development across hydraulics, automation, robotics, heavy engineering, railways, and energy sectors

* Lead customer meetings, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional coordination

* Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team

* Drive pipeline reviews, territory planning, CRM, LinkedIn branding, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives





* Prepare sales forecasts and track pipeline, conversion, and business performance

⭐ Ideal Candidate:

* 8–12 years of B2B Industrial Sales experience

* Minimum 5 years of experience selling CNC Machining or Engineering Components

* Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Precision Manufacturing, or Industrial OEMs preferred

* Proven experience in leading and mentoring sales teams

* Strong hunter mentality with excellent relationship-building and commercial skills

* CNC Machining & Precision Manufacturing

* Engineering Drawings & Manufacturing Processes

* Materials and Industrial Supply Chains

* GD&T; knowledge preferred

* Aerospace Standards

* AS9100D / ISO 9001 awareness

? Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.

MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
