About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven
Business Development & Client Servicing
qualified with experience in
Experiential Marketing, Events, Brand Activation, Creative Agencies, Creative Technology, or Digital Marketing
.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, prepare winning proposals, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, and industry connections.
- Identify client requirements and develop tailored solutions and proposals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the creative, production, project management,



and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Manage project communication, client feedback, revisions, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare proposals, commercials, presentations, and project documentation.
- Achieve sales targets while identifying opportunities for repeat business and account growth.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of relevant experience
in Business Development and Client Servicing within the
Experiential Marketing, Event Management, Brand Activation, Creative Agency, Architectural Visualization (ArchViz), Creative Technology, or Digital Marketing
industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of agency workflows and client servicing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
