The Role

We are looking for an articulate and highly motivated "Process Associate" to join our growing team. As the frontline voice of Thanas Tech, you will provide exceptional communication and support to our global clients.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of work experience in any voice support role (open to any industry).
- Language Skills: Exceptional fluency in English with excellent grammar and clear pronunciation is mandatory.
- Bonus Skills: Knowing additional languages,



particularly Hindi, is a strong advantage.
- Location: Candidates living within a 15 to 30 km radius of our Tirunelveli location are highly preferred.

Job Details & Schedule
- Working Days : 6 days a week.
- Shift Timings: Timings will vary based on our international clients' requirements.
- Work Location: In-person at our Tirunelveli office.
