Job Description – Dispatch & Loading Coordinator / Executive

The Dispatch & Loading Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with production, accounts, and loading teams to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate dispatch operations. The role involves planning dispatch schedules, ensuring material readiness, and maintaining dispatch records in the ERP/Basic system.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Loading Supervisor to ensure smooth loading operations.

Work closely with the Accounts team to prepare and verify dispatch bills according to the dispatch schedule.

Ensure loading vehicles are dispatched on time and without delays.

Coordinate with the Production team to confirm materials are ready as per the dispatch plan.

Monitor daily dispatch activities and resolve operational issues.

Maintain accurate dispatch records and update the Basic/ERP system.

Ensure proper documentation for dispatch and logistics.





Communicate with internal departments to ensure seamless dispatch execution.

Follow company policies and maintain dispatch compliance.

Required Skills

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Knowledge of dispatch planning and logistics operations.

Basic ERP/Dispatch software knowledge.

Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–8 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or production coordination preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
