Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to create and maintain detailed schedules.
- Align project timelines with business objectives and ensure adherence to master schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate design and construction phases seamlessly.

Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving strategies where feasible.
- Conduct regular financial reviews to track project costs against budgets and forecasts.




- Optimize resource allocation and procurement processes to minimize cost overruns.

Risk & Quality Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including RERA and local building codes.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
