Core Responsibilities

1. Build and Scale the Social Media Engine

•
Platform Expansion:
Lead the end-to-end growth strategy to transition our current channels into massive organic engines across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

•
Follower & Subscriber Scale:
Treat organic follower acquisition as a primary KPI.



You will stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts to systematically scale our channels from thousands to hundreds of thousands of active subscribers.

2. Establish Structural Content Buckets & Original IPs

•
Content Architecture:
Establish a strict, intentional content matrix across platforms. Move away from random posting by organizing all output into highly targeted buckets: Authority & Science, Social Proof/Transformations, and Viral Top-of-Funnel formats.

•
Launch Original Video IPs:
Concept, script, and produce 3–4 distinct recurring video properties (e.g., India's definitive metabolic health podcast, expert roundtable debates, and rapid myth-busting series) to build unmatched credibility.

Simplify Clinical Science:
Collaborate directly with our medical team and founders to translate dense medical topics (insulin resistance, metabolic health, GLP-1 mechanisms) into hyper-engaging, accessible
