Job Summary

Frigg is hiring an experienced Accountant to be deployed at its client location in Goregaon East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial processes. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Record journal entries, ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Reconcile vendor, customer, and bank accounts regularly.




- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Process employee reimbursements and support payroll-related accounting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and accounting files.
- Monitor cash flow and support management with financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
