From steelmaking capacity of 40 lakh tonnes per annum (Goa and Bokaro), we will scale to 100 lakh tonnes per annum as we can leverage the availability of gas at our doorstep. We have the backing of high-quality and best captive iron ore mines in Goa,



Odisha and Karnataka that will help us scale to 100 lakh tonnes per annum and then 150 lakh tonnes per annum.

We are seeking a dynamic and insightful individual to join us as a Deputy Head Company Secretary- VISL, to drive its momentum forward and deliver on our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

•SEBI LODR & Stock Exchange Compliance – Ensure timely and accurate compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, stock exchange requirements, corporate disclosures, filings, and regulatory correspondence.

•Secretarial, Corporate Law & Multi-Entity Governance – Lead Board and Committee governance, statutory compliances, Companies Act matters, secretarial audits, and governance oversight across the Company and its subsidiaries.

•PIT Regulations & Insider Trading Compliance – Manage the Insider Trading
